Duchess Jacinthe is a side character of Trois Deux Un. She was the duchess and monarch of House Jacinthe until she decided to pass this role on to one of her sons, Jacques and Francois. She later dies of an illness in the story.

Duchess Jacinthe was born with a fragile body but managed to give birth to two healthy twins, Francois and Jacques. Burdened by the expectations set upon her house, she pressured her children into meeting the high expectations of the public to maintain her family’s reputation and prestige.
Later in the story, she falls bedridden and decides to set up her sons into an advantageous marriage arrangement with Duke Jonquille’s daughter, Charlotte. She then dies on the same day as Francois’ murder out of both her illness and grief.
Duchess Jacinthe was seemingly a neglectful mother who pressured her children and set high expectations for the sake of the noble family’s reputation. Though she truly loved her children and could recognize their flaws, but admitted that she could not tell them apart. This was proven when she passed away from guilt which worsened her illness upon learning of Francois’ death.
Duchess Jacinthe is a beautiful but frail-built woman with jet-black hair that is often tied in a bun.
Duchess Jacinthe wears extravagant clothing with dark colors. She often wears jewelry such as earrings and necklaces and wears lipstick.
Duchess Jacinthe treated her twin sons as equally as if they were one person but often mistook their names. Even though she cannot seem to identify them, she knows her sons’ flaws and weaknesses and claims to know what's best for them.
