“I remember that night. The memory was all so vivid. Those doctors said that my illness got so bad that I could die in a pinch. I’ve never seen my parents break down in desperate tears. I didn’t get to do anything to help them. I hated it. Why was I given this body, only for me to suffer? Just so I could cause my parents despair with my doomed existence? God… Why must you curse me with life? If you can’t save me… No one can.”
A sickly young girl named Ageha suffers from an unspecified illness as she is isolated in the hospital since childhood. One night, Ageha decides to end her life by drinking an unhealthy amount of sleeping pills jumping off the hospital roof which led her to awaken in a dream space called Wonderland. When she encounters a group of clowns, Ageha finds herself unable to wake up to reality and is stuck in a dreaming state. She ends up making a deal with the clowns to help them attract customers in exchange for their help in finding her the way to a possible exit. As Ageha spends time with the clowns, she gets to experience a life of chaos and fun.
